你要去呢個網站搵樓 。翻查歷史，我而家住緊嘅 flat Six cedars Court 係喺2009年買入， 售價係91000磅， 但係 我嗰間屋邨 ，最近嘅成交價已經高達16萬磅， 但係 即使係咁， 老人屋村 仍然比市價 嘅樓宇 平 幾十萬鎊。
